Abstract

|
Upon the fact of customary observation that the rats have become obese by feeding with the drug, Croton Tiglum. Author has done the experimental study with rats and mice to clarify the above fact. In this experiment, auther found the tolerance formation and gains in body weight in the rats and mice fed with the drug of lesser amount of lethal dose, which coincides with the fact mentioned above.
Author also figured out the minimal lethal doses of this drug for the expeimental animals.
